I was initially curious about the heart movement when I seen it on Instagram and realized I went to school with you back in the day; while I didn't know you well it was enough to get past the initial glance. I find your openness about spreading good vibes interesting and yet uncommon in today's age. Anyhow the reason I write now is because i'm curious if you listen to any podcasts by Aubrey Marcus or Duncan Trussel who both share the idea of spreading love and being okay with the awkwardness that surrounds it; they get off on some strange topics as well but ultimately they are all about emphasizing the good and being receptive which sounds a lot like what you are discussing. Anyhow thanks for taking the time to share something positive... I've enjoyed flipping through quickly and will be reading past posts over the next while. -Tim

Hi Tim, Thank you for taking the time to send a message. I appreciate it very much. And, I do know who this is. :) I don't listen to either of those podcasts, but I do know who they both are and actually went to see Duncan Trussel when he was here a few years ago. A very close friend of mine is a big fan of both and made me aware of those guys. I was on board with a lot of where Duncan was in his views and opinions. Thanks for getting both of these on my radar, again. It's been awhile since I've heard or thought of either name and I think I'll look more into each; get more of those messages myself. I really appreciate your feedback, Tim. Thanks for being open to share it. Hope all is good with you, man. :) Be well. James
